This is where you learn to trust yourself again.

I’m a Colorado based therapist who specializes in supporting women with trauma, anxiety, and self doubt.

How I work

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you already carry the wisdom you need to move forward.

When life feels overwhelming, that inner knowing can get quiet, crowded out by self-doubt, fear, or patterns that once helped you get through hard things. My role is to offer steady, compassionate support so you can reconnect with yourself and start trusting your own thoughts, feelings, and needs again.

We move at a pace that feels grounded and doable, honoring what you’ve been through instead of rushing past it. Over time, we work toward building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. One that has space for honesty, curiosity, and real change.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to trust yourself and feel more at home in your own life.

please Hear me when I say:

You’re allowed to take up space here.

This is a warm, honest space where you can show up exactly as you are. And honestly—girl, I get it. You don’t have to monitor yourself, perform, or get it “right” here. I’m here to listen with care and help you hold what you’ve been carrying, without judgment or expectation. This is a place where you can breathe a little deeper, soften the pressure you’ve been holding, and begin to feel more like yourself again. A place to be seen, supported, and met exactly where you are.

Therapy with me is…

A pink chair with a gray blanket draped over it, on which rests a stack of three books, a glass mug of coffee, and a framed picture leaning against the wall. White flowers are underneath the chair, and a window with a tree outside is visible in the background.
