You’re tired of feeling on edge, consumed by worry, and trapped in a cycle of tension

Anxiety can quietly take over your life, leaving you second-guessing yourself and questioning even the smallest decisions. You might replay interactions in your mind, worrying that you said the wrong thing or wondering what others really think. Everyday situations that should feel manageable can start to feel overwhelming, and you may find yourself avoiding things out of fear or self-doubt.

Over time, this constant tension can chip away at your confidence and sense of self. You may doubt your abilities, worry that you’re not good enough, or feel disconnected from your own intuition. Anxiety can make it hard to trust yourself and your choices, leaving you stuck in a cycle of overthinking and emotional exhaustion—but support and the right tools can help you break free and regain a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy gives you tools to break free from anxiety and take back control of your life.

Anxiety can leave your mind racing and your body tense, making everyday life feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll use mindfulness, self compassion, and other calming techniques to help you notice your body’s signals and respond to stress rather than react automatically.

You’ll also learn practical coping skills tailored to your experiences—grounding exercises, thought-challenging strategies, and calming rituals you can use anytime. These tools help you build resilience and feel more in control, even in moments that once felt overwhelming.

Anxiety often comes from parts of yourself that are trying to protect you—voices of worry, doubt, or fear. Using IFS (Internal Family Systems) techniques, we’ll explore these parts, understand their role, and reduce their influence, allowing your core Self to guide you with calm and clarity.

The goal is lasting change, not just temporary relief. By combining nervous system regulation, coping skills, and IFS work, you’ll learn to respond to anxiety in healthier ways, trust yourself more, and reclaim your confidence, calm, and ability to fully engage in life.

Imagine a life where…

  • Your mind feels clear, and decisions come without second-guessing.

  • You can enjoy social interactions without replaying or overthinking every detail.

  • Your body feels relaxed, not tense or on edge.

  • You can focus on what matters without constant worry distracting you.
