I’m based in Colorado and mainly offer therapy through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, so I can work with clients across most of the state. In-person sessions are available on a limited basis at my south Denver office for special circumstances.

Online therapy offers the same care as in-person sessions, with the convenience of home. Just find a private space, have an internet connection and device, and you’re set. Pets are welcome too. I’ll even remember their names!

My standard fee is $150 per 53-minute session. Payment is due at the time of session.

I accept most major insurance companies including Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Kaiser, and UnitedHealth Care. We will double check your coverage before your first session.

In your first session, we’ll take time to hear your story, talk through what’s bringing you in, and begin creating a plan that supports your healing and goals.

The length of therapy depends on your goals and needs. Many clients work long-term for deeper healing, but we’ll find a pace and timeline that feels right for you.
